How I help

Work together.
Your way.

You do not need an AI strategy deck. You need to know what is worth changing, what is safe to build, and how it will help the people doing the work.

01

Find the right opportunities

A practical assessment of where AI can remove friction, save time, and improve how your business responds.

02

Build what fits

Thoughtful automation designed around your existing tools, team, data, and appetite for change.

03

Help people adopt it

Hands-on training and support that makes AI approachable for the people who will actually use it.

The AURA Way

Practical change.
One clear step at a time.

A grounded path from “we should probably use AI” to a system your people understand, trust, and use.

  1. A

    Acknowledge

Surface the operational problem quickly and clearly. We listen before we recommend anything.

  2. U

    Understand

Diagnose the root cause, not just the symptom. Most operational problems are not solved because they are not understood.

  3. R

    Recommend

Propose a tailored, justified approach. Not a generic solution. Not a platform you have to figure out yourself.

  4. A

    Automate

Implement reliable, maintainable automation confidently, and stay to make sure it runs.

Frequently asked questions

Common questions.
Clear answers.

What does a typical project look like?

We start with a conversation about your business and where you feel the most friction. From there I diagnose the gaps, design a practical plan, and implement it alongside your team. Most initial engagements take two to six weeks, followed by monitoring and support when needed.

How long does it take to see results?

Simple improvements such as follow-up automation or email triage can be live within days. Most clients begin seeing meaningful time savings within the first two or three weeks. More involved knowledge systems take longer to configure and improve over time.

Do you use my data to train AI models?

No. Your business data is used only to deliver your system. It is not used to train a public AI model. Data ownership, access, and retention are discussed before anything is built.

Can you run AI inside my environment?

Yes. For organizations with sensitive legal, financial, medical, or proprietary information, systems can be designed for private infrastructure and controlled access rather than public consumer tools.

Do you offer training and workshops?

Yes. I offer practical, hands-on sessions for business owners and non-technical teams. Workshops can be delivered in person in Chicagoland or remotely and are tailored to the tools and situations your team actually encounters.

What happens after launch?

I stay involved through structured monitoring, support, and improvement. The goal is a dependable working system, not a demonstration followed by a handoff and goodbye.
